Professional Web Design
The website was built on a WordPress CMS (Content Management System), with WooCommerce integration for E Commerce.
Professional web design services were provided, ensuring a unique design and layout.
Online Prescription Ordering
Online Prescription Ordering o order new and repeat prescriptions, via Healthmail.
Once submitted, the pharmacy will notify the customer when their medication will be delivered, or available for collection.
Bookings & Appointments
Instore appointments & consultations can be booked online, including vaccinations (Covid / influenza, etc.), antigen testing, emergency contraception & Viagra Connect.
Email notifications and reminders are automatically sent to customers.
E Commerce / Online Shop
A full E-Commerce solution was developed for this project, including OTC (over the counter) medication, vitamins, mother & baby and gift ideas.
Payment integration was provided via Opayo (by Elavon).
Implementation
Multiple new online services were introduced to the new website, including full E Commerce for OTC Medication & general pharmacy shop products, Online Screenings.Bookings & Appointments for a range of in-pharmacy services.
