Healy’s Pharmacy is a family owned pharmacy located in the rural town of Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny. The pharmacy had a poorly designed website with a clipart style logo, not used in any other area of the business. The client required a professionally designed website, including e commerce, online appointments & online prescription ordering.

Professional Web Design
The website was built on a WordPress CMS (Content Management System), with WooCommerce integration for E Commerce.
Professional web design services were provided, ensuring a unique design and layout.
Online Prescription Ordering
Online Prescription Ordering was implemented, allowing customers the ability to order new and repeat prescriptions.
Once submitted, the pharmacy will notify the customer when their medication will be delivered, or available for collection.
Bookings & Appointments
Instore appointments & consultations can be booked online, including vaccinations (Covid / influenza, etc.), blood pressure monitoring, morning after pill & Viagra Connect.
Email notifications and reminders are automatically sent to customers.
E Commerce / Online Shop
A full E-Commerce solution was developed for this project, including OTC (over the counter) medication, skincare, giftware, animal health, perfumes.
Payment integration was provided via Elavon Converge.
Implementation
Multiple new online services were introduced to the new website, including Online Prescription Ordering, full E Commerce and Online Bookings & Appointments for a range of in-pharmacy services.
Payment processor: Elavon Converge. Email services were also provided, including the provision of on-site IT security.
