Office 365 Email Configuration
IMAP Account Settings
- Open Microsoft Outlook – Office 365
- Select FILE, then select “+ Add Account” button, located under Account Information
- After a few seconds, the dialog box (below) will be displayed
- Enter your email address (as above)
- Select “Advanced options” (as above)
- Select “Let me set up my account manually” (as above)
- Select “Connect“
- After a few seconds, the dialog box (as above) will appear
- Select IMAP
- Ensure the following settings (as displayed above) are entered correctly:
- Incoming Mail Server: imap0101.titan.email
- Port: 993
- Encryption method: SSL/TLS
- Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA): unchecked
- Outgoing Mail Server: smtp0101.titan.email
- Port: 587
- Encryption method: STARTTLS
- Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA): unchecked
- Select “Next“
- On the next screen (see above), enter your email password, exactly how it was provided to you. Passwords are case-sensitive, and cannot include a “space” character as a prefix or suffix
- Once entered, select “Connect“
Congratulations! You have successfully added your email account.
Select “Done“.
